A. Payment:
On the Dynasty Holidays website, you can pay for your reservation using one of four methods: credit card, UPI, bank transfer, or debit card. There are no extra charges for credit or debit card payments. However, you must pay the full amount using a bank transfer or credit/debit card to make a reservation. If you choose bank transfer, you must complete the payment within 24 hours of making the reservation and send proof of payment to our email at info@dynastyholidays.com to verify your payment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your payment process and your purchase of services. Any losses or damages resulting from this will be solely your responsibility.
B. Cancellations:
Once your tour or service has started or you have used any part of your package, accommodation, meals, or other services, you cannot receive a refund. Canceling your reservation with Dynasty Holidays may result in cancellation fees being applied by Dynasty Holidays and/or third-party suppliers or tour operators. Please refer to the tour or service pages that you have purchased on the Dynasty Holidays website for cancellation policies specific to each tour or service. Our cancellation policy applies to all situations, including personal or medical reasons, weather, terrorism, strikes, flight cancellations, or any other reasons beyond our control. No exceptions are made to the cancellation policy for any reason. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from unexpected circumstances that may cause you to cancel your booking.
